Change of Name Deed

If you wish to change your name officially you will require a Change of Name Deed. This fixed fee will ensure the legal requirements are met to enable you to legally change your name.

If you wish to change your child's name you will need any person with parental responsibility to consent to the name change. Once you have all their consent then a Deed will need to be prepared that will need to be signed by all of them.
